Rive Sud Rose ( 100% Pinot noir)
In 1868 Docteur Guyot, who was at the precursor of initial modern scientific approaches to French viticulture, delivered his thoughts regarding French vineyard studies:«Limoux wines should figure among the list of good wines”. From the same belief the Cave Anne de Joyeuse was founded in 1929 to make wines from Limoux and the Upper Aude valley. Winegrowers have realized over the time the exceptional quality of their terroir.
Tasting notes: A nose of raspberries and cherries. The palate shows a sustained concentration of red fruits and a fresh finish.
