Tomme de Chèvre is a classic farmhouse cheese made from 100% goat’s milk, crafted in the traditional Alpine style. Beneath its natural, mottled rind lies a pale ivory paste with a supple, semi-firm texture. Its flavor unfolds gracefully—starting fresh and lactic, then developing rich earthy and nutty notes as it matures.
