Humboldt Fog

Humboldt Fog is Cypress Grove's hallmark cheese and one of the most distinctive American goat cheeses available. This three-week-old cheese is elegant and decadent, paying respect to the traditional French Morbier by having a thin line of grey vegetable ash running through its creamy, white heart. The cheese has a faint goat flavor and is powdered, light, creamy, and somewhat lemony.
