Bonne Bouche is the flagship of Vermont Creamery’s signature geotrichum-rinded aged goat cheeses. This awesome cheese is made with pasteurized goat's milk and microbial rennet. It is light and fluffy with notes of citrus, and shines when paired with a Sauvignon Blanc.
