Orders: For pick-up, please contact your local La Fromagerie (contact information below). For deliveries, order online or call our catering office at 415-864-5002 from 9 am to 5 pm. Good food takes time to be made, please place your catering orders 48 hours in advance. If you have a last minute event, please let us know and we will do our best to fulfill your order.
Delivery Monday to Friday: For orders over $200, La Fromagerie delivers & sets-up in San Francisco and South San Francisco for a flat fee of $20, and South & East Bay for a delivery fee calculated at checkout. Orders below $200 will be delivered at your door for a delivery fee calculated at checkout. If no one is available to receive the order, we will leave it in front of your door (La Fromagerie is not responsible for unattended orders).
Cancellations: We request a 48 hours notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the pick-up or delivery time incur a fee of 50% of the cancelled order.
Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express.
Utensils: We are happy to provide a set of utensils for 50 cents per person (plate, napkin, fork & knife).
Menu and prices are subject to change without notice. We will make reasonable substitutions when an item is not available. Notice may not be given. If you have special needs, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate them.
