Jam - Maison de Monaco

Each jam contain 70% fruit, a minimum of sugar and pectin (a natural thickening agent extracted from fruit) for texture. Cooked in small batches with low heat and you can still taste the freshness of the fruits. 

Also we now offer Wine Spreads (white label) which are fruit jams infused with wine; They can be used with cheese trays, for parties or in sandwiches. Please note that there is no alcohol left in the jams.
